Fare Types and Rules

Domestic Fares:

1. Combination:
   •  Permitted with most restricted condition applied
2. Change - Cancellation:
   • Change: Permitted to equal or higher fare only.
   • Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.
   • Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any)
3. Change fee:
   • Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component applied.
   • Refund change fee is not permitted.
4. Upgrade:
   • Permited to higher available booking class.
   • Pasenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any)

Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any) Taxes, Fee and Charges.

Importance Notice: The above general fare rules are for reference only. Specific fare rules may vary and different from the general fare rules and provided during the booking process. In case of cancellation, Convenience fee of 4% (sum of original purchase & refund amount) will be applied for each booking & ticketing fee of USD 10/flight/passenger
- Fare for children (from 2 to 11 years old) will be 90% of adult fare.
- Fare for infant (under 2 years) old will be 10% of adult fare

International Fares:

1. Combination:
   • Permitted. Most restricted condition applied.
2. Change - Cancellation:
   • 2.1.Change: Permitted to equal or higher fare only. Passenger have to pay fare difference and change fee (if any)
   • 2.2. Refund for partial used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.
   • 2.3. Refund for unsued tickes: 
     2.3.1 Fares from/to Europe & Australia
     Before ticket flight date:
     USD120/pax for all economy ticket classes + ticketing fee USD20 from/to Australia
     USD150/pax for all economy ticket classes + ticketing fee USD20 from/to Europe
     On/after ticket flight date:
     USD150/pax for all economy ticket flight classes + ticketing fee USD20 from/to Australia
     USD170/pax for all economy ticket flight classes + ticketing fee USD20 from/to Europe
     2.3.2 Fares within Asia (except from/to Australia, Japan)
     Before ticket flight date: USD 60/pax for all economy ticket classes except special classes + ticketing fee USD20
     On/after ticket flight date: USD 80/pax for all economy ticket flight classes + ticketing fee USD20
     2.3.3 Other fares: USD180 or JPY20,000 (For fares in JPY) + ticketing fee USD30 from/to Japan
     For 1/2 round-trip combination, highest change fees applied
     For multiple fares: Highest change fee of all changed fare components applied
3. Change fee:
