How can I book a flight on your website?
Follow these steps to make your purchase:
Step 1. Select your trip type: One-way or round trip. Indicate the departure and destination cities, travel dates and number of people: infants, children or adults. Click on the “Search” button.
Step 2. Select your flight(s) by clicking on the radio button (white circle) next to your preferred fare(s). Then hit the "Next" button.
Step 3. In this screen you must check the information about your selected flight(s): route, departure and arrival times, date, flight number, plane type and detailed information about the fare option. Click on "Next”.
Step 4. Fill in a booking form and confirm the passenger's information.
Step 5. Accept the “Cancellation and Change Penalty Policies”, and the “Transport Contract and general Terms and Conditions” and also accept the “Fares, taxes and surcharges (included in the total price)”. Click on "Continue".
Step 6. Choose the payment method, enter the requested information and click “Pay”.

What is electronic air ticket?
Electronic air ticket is issues under electronic form (like email or PDF form) which contains information for air tickest. the airline currently uses all e-tickets on all routes both domestic and international. E-tickets have equal value as paper tickets and the airlines are responsible to ensure that passengers with e-tickets can travel smoothly.
If your book with us, e-tickets are sent to you via E-mail or fax after issuing, then you can print them out and show them along with your travel document at the time of check in.
What happen if I make booking and then do not confirm or pay?
After your booking of the flights is made, it can be held for a limited time due to availability of the seat as well as policy of the airlines. After that time, if we still do not hear back from you, we will automatically cancel your reservation. If you booked the flights but choose to pay later on, we will inform the deadline of payment to you via email, and if you do not make payment before and at this deadline, your booking is also cancelled.
What does the listed price include?
The price listed on our website is the basic fare price only which is exclusive of tax & passenger service fee. The final prices will be shown at the confirmation page before you make the payment. Price is mostly calculated in US Dollar, except where noted otherwise. Also, our price includes baggage allowance.
When do I need to pay for my flights
Some airlines carriers allow us to hold bookings for a limited period of time before paying for the ticket and issuing it. But, to guarantee for the seats, passengers need to pay for full in advance. Upon receiving your payment, we will confirm and send you the electronic air ticket directly to your summited email.
Your credit card will not be billed until after we confirm availability of the flights and confirm that you would like to purchase and issue the ticket.
How can I pay for my tickets?
We provide different payment methods for both customers inside and outside of Vietnam, including credit cards, cash, and bank transfer. For credit card, you can either make payment directly on our site or request us to send you a secure link to pay after ticket availability is confirmed via phone or email.
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Master and JCB. For cash, you can pay at our office or to our ticket delivery person, but this method is only applied for customers who are buying tickets within borders of Vietnam. For bank transfer, we will provide you our banking information to transfer money after your ticket availability is confirmed.
