  • If a baggage piece exceeds the standard weight and/or the maximum size, the total charge will be calculated = Standard piece fee (if exceeding checked baggage allowance, not charge to prepaid baggage pieces) + overweight fee + oversize fee.
  • Standard piece: maximum weight of 23kg/50lb and total dimensions of 158cm/62in.
  • Rate: not including VAT.
  • For baggages weighing from 33-45kg, passengers should contact the operating carrier.

  • Zone A: Viet Nam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Zone B:  China, Korea and Japan and other countries in Asia and Oceania (except Zone A and Australia).
  • Zone C: Australia, France, Germany, United Kingdom and Russia, countries in the Americas and the other countries in Europe and Africa.
