Any lost or mishandled baggage, passenger must inform the baggage claim counter immediately.

If your checked baggage is not available or mishandled at the collecting time, you can proceed to the Airport Baggage Services counter as soon as possible to lodge a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Below are some contact information:
