Serving customers since 2016, the Airlines Lotus shop was officially relaunched on October 1 2018 to better serve our customers.

Lotus shop is available on international routes from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to London, Paris, Frankfurt, Sydney, Melbourne, Moscow, Narita, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka, Seoul, Pusan, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Singapore, Jakarta. Lotus shop is not available on flights to Narita, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka, Seoul and Pusan which are operated by A321.
